VASE SEOLI

A friend of mine was so kind to let me fire some of my pieces in his gas kiln. Like this one, a celadon vase. Celadon being an iron glaze that is so typical for many traditional East Asian ceramics. The recipe for this Korean style glaze is by the acclaimed ceramist and writer Edmund de Waal.
